16th – 17th Century Ming Altar Gu Vase With Turquoise Glaze
Research using the steps listed below. Found two other similar bases. One was a single vase, selling for $495, and the other was a set of four vases and an incense bowl that was selling for 22,000.
The vases have wear to the glaze in addition to some chipping throughout, which is consistent for their age. They are also slightly asymmetrical in height and shape, which is typical for older pottery items.

My guarantee is that I will be honest about my items, and share what I know about them with you. Also, I will be fair with my pricing based on research, and I will also share this with you.
There are three steps involved in my research for pricing, and you can do this too.
1. Use an app called Google Lens to take a photo of any item. It will bring up similar items and how much they sell/sold for. This is also helpful in figuring out what to call or how to describe the item.
2. Do a Google search for the name of the item.
3. Do a search for the item by name on Chairish and another similar site.
Since I am being fair with my pricing, I want you to know how to do this. It will only help me by validating my pricing choices, and hopefully it will help you to recognize items that are overpriced.
Feel free to ask me any questions or to make an offer.
I have many more items to post, so please check back sometime.
Thank you!
