Vintage Design
This is a beautiful antique and highly decorative Venetian Bombe “commode” of small proportions, Mid 20th Century in date. This piece was skilfully crafted in walnut with decorative crossbanding and a very pronounced bombe shaped front and sides. It comprises four graduated drawers fitted with the original ormolu handles, on a carved apron and raised on four decorative carved scrolled feet. It is a delightful piece which will look lovely in a bedroom or a dressing room.
