Vintage Design
The table has been very well looked after, and retains the original finish which is in very good condition, showing some light signs of use as expected. There is a slight indentation mark to note to one end (photograph number 17) and a few bruise marks to the legs. A superb original example of this rare table.
The table boasts the sculptural hand carved tree branch design on the legs – and is affectionally known as the ‘Tree Leg’ table.
The table will comfortably seat 10 when extended. The leaf is stored under the table and neatly butterflies out for use. This is revealed by pulling the ends of the main table open.
The top is veneered in figured book match teak, with solid edging and legs. The table has no loose joints and is free from any woodworm or damage.
The legs can be unscrewed and removed if needed.
The table is 180cm wide, and extended it is 240cm. There is 228cm in between the legs on the widest sides when extended. There is 67.5cm in height from the floor to the underside of the top.
