Vintage 1960s Yellow Eero Saarinen for Knoll Womb Chair & Ottoman – Set of 2

Vintage mid Century modern womb chair and ottoman designed by Eero Saarinen and sold by Knoll. My parents purchased this classic MCM chair and ottoman in the 1960s and it has remained in my family since then. We recovered it once circa 2008 in a cheery yellow fabric obtained directly from Knoll (before they closed up shop near us). Years of children climbing in and on it had taken a toll on the original upholstery but the structure is seemingly indestructible. .Both the chair and matching ottoman are in good condition and will bring quintessential MCM flair to any room – as well as hours of comfort. The iconic chair has foam padding and upholstery over a single-piece fiberglass shell base which rests on a polished chrome tubular steel frame. Some scratches on chrome legs but it good condition overall.
