Vintage United Wilson Bronze Ormolu Mounted Chinese Porcelain Vase/Urn, Louis XV Style.
This Louis XV style bronze ormolu mounted Chinese Celadon porcelain vase / urn has the markers mark UW ( United Wilson) on the bottom cast. The body of the urn has finely cast double scroll and floral handles. Both the rim of the urn and the raised pedestal base have the same beautiful conforming scroll and floral bronze ormolu cast moldings. The Chinese cream celadon porcelain urn is very heavy and has a gorgeous crackle glaze that looks much older from an earlier period than the 1950’s.
