Rare pair of Lipari side tables designed by Ettore Sottsass in 1992 for Zanotta Italy.
These postmodern tables have a anthracite/black ceramic base and the wooden top is laminated with a silk screened Abet-print (Abet Laminati), decorated in polychrome colours.
Fantastic set.
The tables are in excellent and original condition. One is perfect, the other has a tiny imperfection at the side of the laminated top, as visible in the last picture. Most likely this happened during production. In reality it is hardly visible. Both ceramic bases are flawless.
